No - gold ccb calipers have high temp internals to suit elevated ccb operating temps ie titanium pistons and better seals/dust boots. CCB pads are slightly different - compound to suit ccb and shape with large surface area
Ok, so if i put ccb caliper with iron brakes discs would be better than M Performance with iron brakes?
Notionally yes but difference would be marginal unless your car is being used for lengthy TD's / endurance events with lots of high speed / heavy braking
