You have a good eye and might have resolved the mystery.
Both cars overlapped for two days so when he sent me pics they might have included a couple of the other car. You hit the nail on the head with the vignette and registration sticker placement.
I got the other fellows contact and we've been texting, gonna ask him if his doesn't have the exec package. But you most likely figure it out!
So none of us are going crazy!
