No, that ain't digital. Alike the M2 LCI it's black panel backlit (except for the OBC rectangular part).
Digital instrument clusters will be rolled out to the 2-Series too.
Maybe we'll still see it before F87 EOP, otherwise straightaway on the 2nd generation 2-Series. BMW is a bit backlogging with the 2-Series, compared to competitors (for example optional on a Volkswagen Polo, Audi Q2, etc.). Remains to be seen whether it will feature in 2019/2020.
