BM3 didn't announce REV 2 till late 2023... Not sure what you're even talking about.
BM3's 2021 announced features were their flex fuel ROM, map switch etc. They have released that for awhile now. REV2 is a completely different thing with more canbus integrated logic and requiring their second gen canbus integration box.
