Keep in mind my only experience is with BM3, and this is the first time I've used any tuning software. I had to send my DME to get unlocked. Not a huge deal. My buddy helped me flash the computer, but even so, it was simple to use, worked the first time, and had plenty of options to customize. On top of that it gave my car a massive improvement to performance without any loss of drivability or efficiency. Can't ask for more.
