The most influential factor IMO is going to be the torque. Unlike the M2 which has 343ft-lbs and goes to 369ft-lbs with overboost, the M2c will have 406ft-lbs all the time. I'm as curious as the next person to see how the M2c delivers its power, but it's heavier.
That's not good for handling, but they revised the suspension so really have no idea how that translates on track.
We can do paper exercises all day long, the real test is seeing this thing put through its pace.
