Same here - I've dropped an email to
info@bmw.com.au (as per the support page) to see what they can do to sort this out. I've been trying to download the 2019-2 maps.
There's also a contact number on the support page if you'd like to call them: 133 269 (Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
It fails for both my BMW's (I also have an X3), and updating the Download Manager didn't seem to make a difference.
I'll report back here if the problem persists.
