The lease rates are very good now actually. Residuals are high. approx 1100$ 39 months, 24k per year is doable. 19inch wheels are the minimum to clear the brakes. Buy the winter tire/wheel set in the US...3200 USD or go on tirerack.com
I will also daily the car and looking to lease in February. With a good set of winter tires the only issue is ground clearance. Like others have said, just skip the 3-4 days of winter storms and you will be fine.
