Okay, you'll probably need to consider replacing most of the bolts with new, as many of them are very definitely single use. The two big bolts at the bottom of the first picture for example - they fit in the two holes in the centre of the aluminium brace up against the windscreen.
The black bit on the aluminium is the remains of the cover that goes over the top - just pull the centre pin out of the plastic fitting and the whole lot will lift away.
