That photo is of the M4, not the M2C. Correct photos are not in the database yet. Leebmann is using M4 images for the M2C. Don't follow those pics.
If you want to know the OPFs are the two little things in between the mid damper and the downpipes, but they look a lot different than on that photo. Shape is different.

I had hunch that those were not actual M2c pictures... Thanks for confirming the above!
I assume the M2c is also shorter. Makes perfect sense that the OPF would be inside those things right before the damper I marked.
