Just read the thread on their Facebook page and others have asked similar questions as well. This feature will basically put an additional load on your water pump since it will be running more often to keep the water temp lower than what the oem target is. Also, this mode affects all 3 driving modes (Efficient, Sport, and Sport+). In other words, the target water temp will be lower even when cruising in Efficient. Tying this mode to the driving modes would make more sense IMO since most people probably would want it ON in Sport/Sport+. I never had any problem with my water temp even when tracking in 100+F weather but it's a nice feature. Maybe I'll play with it some time  |
