Not sure about Burnaby or Tri-Cities, but in Vancouver, we bring all our cars to Korva's at 231 W. 2nd Ave. Ask for Boris Korva or Vic Gentile.
Their shop's very unpretentious from the outside, but they service mostly high-end cars there. PM me if you need more info.
