The other option is to find someone who will shave off the tinted clear coat off all the wheels, fix the damage and re clear coat all wheels to match. My guy still recommend against it b/c he hasn't successfully matched the tint in the past.
Not sure why it's so hard...I mean House of Colors has so many options including the mentioned black chrome. My only guess is b/c the are wheel repair guys not paint experts.
