I tried the Postpone link through the my account at bmwfs website on Monday, but nothing had changed as of today(Thursday). I tried to call today, but was unable to get a hold of anyone. The automated system guided me through the postpone payment process, but again nothing changed on my account. I went to the payment details back on the website. There was a different link for request postponement. After going through the process, I actually got a confirmation number. Within an hour, my account was updated to reflect the payment adjustment with a $0 balance for April and my loan extended for one month. It took a little work, persistence, and patience but it finally worked for me.
