Update on my BC Swift Kit: After checking the "factory presets" on the dampener adjusters the front shocks were set all the way Soft. I added 15 clicks from full soft, and adjusted the Fronts to 20 clicks from full soft. This change alone completely eliminated the "bounce" I was experiencing and improved the ride quality to be BETTER than OEM! Car feels very supple on bumpy roads now, is less prone to bottoming/rubbing, and corners with confidence now. I highly recommend this kit for $1300
