Eh, 265/35/18 is generally recommended for a rim width range of 9.0-10.5". As far as safety is concern, there's no issue with the 265/35 on the 18x10. Interestingly enough this should also help maximize the footprint of the tire while slightly increasing the responsiveness. So no worries running that size tire on that size wheel
