^ Ouch $1200 /mo is $85-90k M3/M4 lease territory and those leases aren't stellar right now either. $200 more and you're rolling an M5. I believe that money factory is being marked up and the low M2C residuals really crush lease deals. Considered financing the car or are you stuck with a lease for business purposes? Have you looked at the Penfed Auto Saver Loan or BMW Select at all?

To answer your question, typically no those fees aren't negotiable. The "initial fees" usually include your first month payment, CA registration fee (~$600), documentation fee ($80), acquisition fee ($925), and tire tax. I would ask for a breakdown of those costs to confirm.
