Not good at all. No hope of limping home with this type of failure. The EOS BPM4 unit is $699. The online material implies it's PNP (DME-BPM4-LPFP). Looks as if you need to tap into either 40 or 50 amp service and the unit must be located in an interior location (not sealed).

The only thing that gets plugged into the OEM harness, where the factory EKP used to go, is a connector that plugs in to receive the PT-CANbus signals from the DME.
