Thanks, Sean. Realistically when the valve is open, when the exhaust splits to the (2) 3.5" pipes, the system effectively "ends" from a performance standpoint. The volume difference is so great that it's essentially the same (or very close) as dumping to atmosphere. If the system were to split closer to the front of the car we'd be a bit more concerned about velocity.
