Photo 1: Drilled welds close-up.
Photo 2 & 3: Work continues on drilling the welds.
Photo 4: Time to remove the standard roof.
Photo 5 to 9: Heating up the glue to get the standard roof off the car. Force is used to get the roof off, the roof won't be used again! Therefore there is no issues in bending it. It will go on the scrap heap.
Photo 10: The roof liner is not removed and kept in place.
