I haven't ventured into MDM-land much yet, either. Break-in period, then a brief "getting to know her" period, and then winter-wheel time. I just swapped back to my 788's this weekend. I had a clear run in nice weather on my way to work early this morning, and I was inspired by this thread a bit, so I put the car into MDM mode (sport+/sport/manual mode on the DCT for the other settings). It was really interesting. Take-off is much smoother, and the car felt more alive on the nice curves between home and work.
I'll play with it more as weather, traffic, and time permits.
