Euhm why did you even check? The oldest M2 is like 3-4 years old and should not be leaking from the trans.

Also you may have done it wrong as checking the fill level on the DCT is not done as on a manual transmission. The trans has to be operated to move oil to certain spots it drains out of when the car is not running.

Do not overfill, you will damage the trans. The DCT has a huge oil cooler and BMW runs it stock in race cars so I think your good with the stock setup.
