The B58TU numbers shows are confusing in the same manner.

Does the same pump on different motors give different amounts of fuel flow? Why would that be? Especially since the units are given in cc/rev, it's not like the same pump can spin more on a different motor, because the rpm is static at 1 in that number.
More lift on the cam that pushes the B58 pump. More lift = more volume.
