Just checked and I have those scuffs too. They only appear to be minor clear coat scratches though and I'm sure they'd buff out pretty easily. The ppf is a good idea but it will probably wear over time and look just as ugly so...probably not going to do anything about it. If it were eating away at the paint/exposing bare metal I'd be a lot more concerned and I'd seek dealer/bmw intervention.
