Shrink it, refine it, add visibility and its on the radar. Got to get gov. out of building cars first though.

Okay, fair enough - if I was racing then the scenario you describe would be an issue.
But, I am not racing it. I have taken the 1LE to Lime Rock (18-Sep-2018 with SCDA) in a normal HPDE session with the Intermediate run group (passing only with point-byes), and I'll say it again, visibility was not an issue at all. The car is the bomb on a track.
