BMW will provide a recommended street setting and also a few different track settings (at least for the US). You don't have to go to the dealer to change the settings. You just do it yourself, I don't know where the rear shocks are adjusted but hopefully at the bottom so you don't have to tear down the interior in the trunk.

That is just a pity IMHO
In this app age it would have been logical to make adjustments by iPhone, now that is what I would have called progress!
