The fact that there was no programming on EPS means software isn't updated. My guess is placebo affect, or the coding on EPS didn't work properly. Note that running through the test plan you must re-initialize EPS properly and make sure the car is dead straight before programming. Otherwise you need to do the re-learn process, or do 2 full steering lock turns.

No changes in power, but mostly OPF emissions related and tuner protection.. still investigating the new ROM as we speak.
