Thanks for the posts! You'll want to be sure to note the sidewall height in your posts to clarify, since this can make or break a fitment in terms of rubbing up front.

Front tire sizes known to clear without rubbing on our 19x9.5" ET28:
245/35-19
255/35-19
265/30-19

As mentioned, switching to a more track-oriented tire will make a drastic improvement for you in terms of reducing understeer, although camber plates are ultimately the correct way to go about solving this. They'll pay for themselves in terms of reduced tire wear after only a handful of events, and are essentially required for anyone doing more than 3-5 track events/HPDEs per year.
