Some of you may have seen my post where I was concerned that my CS was being held at the port in Germany for too long, and I was wondering what was going on. I reached out to my SA, Ken Teetor at Crown BMW in Greensboro North Carolina and he got answers for me quickly!

Apparently he emailed and reached out to our regional rep to find out what was going on and this evening I found out not only that there was congestion at the port in Germany but also the boat that I am scheduled to be on and the fact that it should arrive in Brunswick 12/12. So hopefully I will have my CS in time to park it under my Christmas tree.
