I did it last April when I picked up my X5. Like others have mentioned, you don't drive your own car lol. You drive the same model you have purchased from PCD fleet.
There are numerous threads on this, but you just do some "advanced" driving exercises, do some off-roading in a X5. And then do some "hot laps" on the PCD short track. All in it was a great experience and I would definitely do it for any new car I order in the future.
