Agreed, it's a shame original M2 owners were denied the seats from a M2 comp. If it had come like that, I would never have bothered. Although I don't mind the Dakota, it needed something else. So I went for the alcantara on the inside of the sidebolsters. Which i copied from M3/M4 CS models. The entire seat in Dakota would not have looked as nice.

So are the stock seats just a terrible type of leather? It's just not as soft? Doesn't wear as well?
