It is official, just had my winter wheels swapped to my summer wheels at the dealership and had them check for oil leaks, before I hit the 4 years warranty mark soon and for sure, the gasket replaced in October 2020 @27,400 miles had started leaking again. Supposedly they fitted an upgraded gasket this time, but after checking my old invoice, it is the very same BMW Part# 11-13-7-600-482. As this job involves dropping the sub-frame plus wheel alignment, I consider myself lucky, as the BMW dealership will easily charge $2,000+ for that job outside of warranty.
