In the US, you can join the BMWCCA and teach. At least your track time is paid for. In exchange, you just have to teach newbies in dangerously fast cars. 8^S
Summit Point outside of DC is an interesting facility. It's a DHS training facility that teaches counter terrorism measures, including, "defensive," driving. Think high performance driving training with explosives in the mix. I suppose the instructors there aren't just about the driving...
