It wasn't excluded by accident. Our cars only come with one. Most cars only have one.
I don't doubt you, it just seems odd they are an orifice engineered for two bushings yet they only utilized one..

Not saying this is the root off of the problem but it's something to consider if we're spitballing ideas to help narrow down this "issue."
