Quick B16 PSS10 summary: Rides surface imperfections equally as well as stock (progressive springs). Bumps are immediate under 30mph, but soften at speed. Overall harsher on bumps, but the ride settles very quickly with little to no overshoot. Confidence inspiring and a big improvement to ability. One step down in overall ride comfort.

I'm sure MPC would be similar with the equivalent click settings.
MPC are a bit more comfortable than the stock over bumps and road imperfections (default settings), I'd also say they do better on undulating roads, and can made even more comfortable and compliant but I can't comment by just how much as I didn't deviate much from the default settings on my setup.
