It's because the settings increase the heights and now is highlighting its lack of quality.

Go to to the Spotify APP and then "Setting" then "Music Quality" and adjust it to the highest bandwidth settings.

Note that you would always get the best quality of music with a direct connection, like the phone to USB, since some bandwidth is compressed and loss during the transfer, whenever you're steaming via anything wireless..
