Tell us the truth. What was her name and how high were the stiletto's?
On a serious note to skier219 there is merit in what they said but if you watch the carbon roof install on a M2 there is nothing in that region that I can see. From photo it actually looks like two dents.
I have no advice except get a PDR expert like others said and best of luck.
