W/O a corner balanced example I would focus on the easy inexpensive diet items. These two are no brainers for me

5lb Antigravity battery
Approx 130-140 lbs weight reduction
Other possibles:
Track Seats w/ appropriate belts
Lighter exhaust
Roof and trunk (expensive!)
Seats would save about 50lbs
200 lbs pretty easy to shed...
