Intake are charge pipe are the obvious, but I'm staying with the stock intake and already have the FTP charge pipe. What about spark plugs, turbo inlet pipe, GFB DV, etc? I'm having my shop do the HPFP work, but thought I'd ask.

Replace the intake manifold with an aftermarket one or add port injection, I suppose. But doubt you or many ppl would be adding those upgrades.
Spark plugs are easy and aren't on that side of the engine. Turbo inlet pipe and diverter valve are on the other side of the engine, towards the bottom, by the turbo. So none of that is in the same area.
