The slave IS the CDV-- sort of. The one on the M2C has the slave cylinder with a small restrictor hole in it for the fluid to pass through. The part number above is the slave but without the small restrictor-- the fluid path is much larger.
At least that's how I understand it.
On the e46 M3 you could just remove the CDV restrictor and install a blank from Zeckenhausen, but it looks like BMW's changed things up a bit.
