What I did to get a working E-Sys environment:
Windows 10 64 bit.
Steps:
- System date/time set to august 10th 2018
- Launch rearm 2.0.4
- Launch E-Sys Launcher Premium
- Enter new code (e.g. 0000), generate token
- Esys launches
