Unhappy Unplugging Active Sound Design module turns off speakers entirely

First, to those that don't know what I'm talking about see this thread swagon lead me to: read the first page there are pictures at the bottom
http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1082175

I followed those directions and it turned off ASD, but it turned off all sound, I mean everything turned off. Radio, voice feedback, the whole thing. Once I took things apart again the second I plugged the ASD module back in the music started blaring.

Can someone else try this and see if you can duplicate the results? Maybe I need to add a step? It may be you have to code the ASD off to get rid of it. I really don't like it.

Here is what our cars amp area looks like: the top portion is rear left fender, the left is the rear taillight. The ASD module "should" be the small silver amp on the left which is what I unplugged.
