So after some back and forth over email my excellent Client Advisor was able to get a copy from BMW of North America. I have attached it here for your sheer ordering pleasure.

For the record, yes I know the only options are wheels, CCB, DCT and paint, but I still wanted a copy of the guide. Every new BMW I've ordered had been configured and priced with the official ordering guide, and there is no reason the M2 CS should be without one.
