Unless there are electronics and mechanisms that can increase/decrease tyre pressures including lowering/raising temperature of the tyres on the fly with the app, I do not see the benefits of such systems. As some has mentioned, the car itself already has TPMS, seems like a repeated feature that is not necessary.
