yes...just tell them you wont buy the car unless it free...lol you can ask for whatever you want before you buy the car..its called negotiation.
plus if they won't give you virtually free report to convince you to spend 60k on a car...then they'll probably screw you in some other way anyways.
BMW already said the m2c isnt production limited...they make them as long as people buy them...just wait for the right deal.
