Hello all,

I recently placed a special build order and placed a deposit for a new 2020 M2, which has a build week at the end of July. That means I'll have the car in September. Also the dealer said If i back out, my deposit is returned when they sell the car, is that fair or makes sense? Should I argue if I back out?


BUT, my local dealer is offering me $3,000 off MSRP on a 2020 M2 with my ideal build. The catch is the car has 95 miles on the odometer from test drives and I am worried about people breaking the rules of the "break in period".


Please let me know If I should secure this deal or if it is not worth it with 95 miles on the car.
