 sounds like a plan haha. You're a tougher man than I am for staying there; not having a decent track was bad enough let alone constantly below -30, bad crime and the intolerant WPS for car mods. Lived many places in Canada and that one tops the worst. |
I'll admit that it's been an exceptionally terrible winter this year. Lots of snow and lots of cold.
Most years I don't have to put away my M4 until mid-November, and it's out by April, so 4 1/2 months. This year will probably be end of April.
We do have a decent track about an hour north of the city, nothing like in the southern US, or Europe, but decent nonetheless.
There's crime in every city and definitely areas to avoid. WPS feel that all of the crime in the city has been solved and harass motorists instead.
I lived in Minnesota for 4 years during Grad School. I'm very happy to be back.
