I was about to ask the same question. I found the video below and it claims that Remus axle-back (Sport version) saves 8.5kg while Akrapovic catback saves 16kg. Here are some numbers from the video;
Stock catback --> 32kg
Remus Sport axle-back and stock midpipes --> 23.5kg
Akrapovic catback --> 16kg
One of my friends who ordered the Remus Race version told me that the Race version is even lighter than the Sport version.
