No question is every stupid
The stock diameter is too small to fit the Remus muffler.
If I am remembering correctly... Stock Muffler Outlet is 63.5mm?
I think Remus is 68mm.....
Maybe Remus can chime in to correct me with the specifics, but unfortunately stock tips will not fit
