you google every shell gas station in you area, then click on website. It will take you to the gas stations website and tell you what fuels they have and when it was updated. It generally is updated frequently so you will get accurate info.
Someone told me on facebook my city had it, and I confirmed that the station they said had it did have it, and I also found one more after looking through the entire city and every station in it. |

edit: using the Shell app's station map, there's now a filter at the bottom for "Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 93". However, I panned throughout the Canadian geography and only showed 3 results in BC. I guess this app/data source is lagging a bit behind. Will try the google method.
